i recently bought an enema nossel that attaches to the shower hose and will be trying it out this week. i am not doin it for health reasons just pure kinky sexual pleasure.

Be careful using a shower enema. The water pressure in most home showers, if on full, is enough to rupture a bowel. Check the water temp, too hot will burn the sensative lining, to cold will cause cramping. As some one already stated, don't fill yourself up to much, could cause serious problems.

Read all the directions that came with your kit. Don't rush it. Have fun but be safe! Google 'safety of shower enemas'.
