Yes... harassing people is an offense only dealt with extreme punishment.

As a moderator myself on other forums, we deal with "lurkers" all the time.
Just get their IP numbers and throw the book at `em.

sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience musketeer... fortunately here... between the great admin/mods and the wonderful people who tend to make the majority... this isn't such a problem here.... tho.. like with any place on the web.. the risk is there...
