I use "Louisiana Hot Sauce." Hot but not overpowering. Adds a nice "umph" to pizza or lots of other things.

Sweet Chilli Sauce is my favorite. I love having grilled cheese & SCS sangers

I've been using a sauce called Yucatan Sunshine lately, it's a habanero sauce but it's not too hot. I've been putting it on nearly everything - but it's especially good in creamy dishes like chowders!!!
