What do you put it on???

I use "Louisiana Hot Sauce." Hot but not overpowering. Adds a nice "umph" to pizza or lots of other things. :boink:

Sweet Chilli Sauce is my favorite. I love having grilled cheese & SCS sangers

I've been using a sauce called Yucatan Sunshine lately, it's a habanero sauce but it's not too hot. I've been putting it on nearly everything - but it's especially good in creamy dishes like chowders!!!

I user the red stuff in the skinny bottle with the tiny hole in the top. :shrug:

I use Louisiana Habanero hot sauce on just about everything. Once in a while I go hit one of the speciality shops and try something different

I got some stuff called Dixie Heat at a bazaar. It has flavor not just heat. Although I like a little more heat.

I've been using Tabasco chipotle sauce for a few year now. has a nice heat and adds a good smokey flavor too.

Hot sauce, I like a satay sauce made with Hot Sweet Chili, Peanut Butter (aka Peanut Paste etc) and coconut cream to taste.
