Yesterday morning I was having a bad case of the moody, mad PMS. Nothing was making me happy and I was OK with that. My Sweetie over lunch asked me what it is he is supposed to do for me. I said the best thing to do for me when I get in one of my pissed off moods is to just back off and let me be. We came to the understanding that I will tell him what I need when I need it and in the meantime he will just let me do my own thing. By the evening the mood had lifted and I was back to my normal frame of mind. Of course it didn't hurt that he made dinner and cleaned up the kitchen afterwards.

Everyone woman is different and every month is different for her. Just ask and do that.
