What did you do during Blackout 2003??
I was just intrested to see what fun stuff everyone did during this past weeks blackout in the NE USA?

My power didnt go out. thankfully. but i probably enjoyed the power while you people didnt. >=)

What did I do?????
......Drank the rest of the cold beer silly!!!
Talk about a mess!
We went without power for 79 hours!!!
We did not have working flashlight in the house!! LOL
I hadn't replaced the batteries in the portable radio since we come back from our camping trip! So...we were NOT prepared at all whatsoever for this!!!
And it's still not up to par...went off last night for 3 hours!!
This is the first time I turn on my computer since last Thursday Morning! 
But...my freezer which needed defrosting is done!!!...LOL
And my fridge which needed a good cleaning is finally done!....LOL
And now...here comes the big grocery order!! GRRRR!! 
Note To Self---> Buy a flashlight, c batteries, d batteries and more beer.

Got pissed off that the surge before the blackout fried the power supply in my computer... and it was only 3 months old!
