Keep a general tally of how much time you spent doing the work and then try to find comparable activities and add the time all together. I was reading on the WW board yesterday that it doesn't matter if the 30 minutes of exercise is spread out all day - so long as you are exercising 30 minutes. I'm not sure I completely buy the theory on a regular basis but perhaps sometimes the exception makes sense.
