Ok, I'm watching "What Women Want" with Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt (hubba hubba). If you were able to hear what the opposite sex was thinking....would you want it? Or would you be like Mel at the beginning of the movie and try desperately to get rid of it?

Guess I should have given my opinion. I'd LOVE to have it. I know it would be like cheating on a test, but still, to have THAT much insight into a womans mind....fascinating.

meh, it'd take all the fun out of it.

I've gotta go with my Uncle Silky and my mate legend on this one.....Wouldn't want it to begin with and yes if I got it, I would want to get rid of it.

There have probably been times when I might have liked to better understand how women felt about something ... but not sure I'd want that ability all the time.

Been times when it might have helped resolved a mis-understanding with a whole lot less stress. But, making up is also fun.

If I could only hear the thoughts of selected individuals, then yes, I would love to have this power. If not, then I'm not sure whether I'd want it or not.

I think if you guys could hear our thoughts you'd either just be permanently hard - cause we think about sex a LOT and probably more graphically than you do - or you'd be totally confused because women tend to have a lot going on in their heads at once and a lot of the time it's really conflicting stuff. Yeah, I really agree. Better for the mystery and wonder. Like I said, there are a few times when the frustration in trying to understand might be helped with a short glimpse. That's all.

Just the other sex? I'd want to hear everyone. (Amend that, everyone who is old enough to use complete sentences and young enough to use complete sentences.)
Got a little taste of this once being the only female employee in a business; after a while the guys relaxed (and I did too) and I started hearing "guy talk." Still like to know what they were thinking.
