Malaysian Airlines, still reeling from the loss of MH370, have just lost another Boeing 777 with a loss of almost 300 people.

It appears that it was shot down by pro-Russian separatists using a stolen missile defence vehicle.

Putin is reported as blaming The Ukraine, saying that this is the result of their re-commencing military activity against the separarists.

Isn't the hypocrisy of Putin something else. Russia reserves the right to crush internal opposition but denies that right to Ukraine. Bah, humbug! Maybe they need a meteor to come crashing down on Moscow.
