Ferrari is recalling some 300 of it's 458 Italia Supercars costing about $230,000 each because of a problem in the wheel assembly that could cause fires or induce a malfunction that could result in the vehicle crashing. A recall notice is expected to be sent out within the next couple of weeks.

While the announcement didn't directly affect me, I just wanted to warn those 300 or so Pixies that are affected.

Dang! I guess I'll have to take the day off.
