Slap it between two pieces of bread

Sandwiches are my favorite food group so getting a panini press for Xmas is an unexpected joy. Now I can make countless creations that previously I could have made just as easily but without and extra appliance to take up space That being said, I'm in heaven.

 So far I've made-

Veggie Rueben- sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and swiss on whole grain bread instead of rye

Turkey, artichokes, sundried tomato, aioli, provolone, and fried onions on whole grain

Tomato sauce, provolone, pepperoni, romano cheese on french bread

Turkey, bacon, cheddar & aioli on french

and
Blue cheese, chives, sundried tomato, artichokes, and goat cheese on french.

The blue was too much on the last one.
So tell me what you love slapped between two pieces of bread so I can press it. |

	| Damn, I'm soooooooo jealous of you!! I love me some homemade aioli
I love me a good Reuben and two of my favorites are made with deli turkey and chicken breast. (They both make enough for two sandwiches)
Chicken Reuben
6oz Broccoli Cole Slaw
4 tbsp 1000 Island Dressing
2 Slice Swiss cheese
2 tbsp creamy Dijon mustard
2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cooked
Bread of your choice (toasted)
Turkey Reuben
4 slices rye bread
2 (1-ounce) slices reduced-fat, reduced-sodium Swiss cheese
4 ounces smoked turkey, thinly sliced
2/3 cup sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp fat-free Thousand Island dressing
1 tbsp Dijon mustard |

	| Pastrami on Rye or a Baguette. With nothing more than Dijon Mustard and sliced dill pickle. Anything else would be blasphemy.
