He appeared on a Howie Mandel special once... 'Howie from Maui'.

Don came out on the stage and Howie's jaw dropped and he exclaimed... "Oh my God, it's Don-fucking-Ho!" They did Tiny Bubbles together.

I can't say he was a favorite performer, but there's no denying his celebrity presence.
