It sounds like a rip-off of the "Hookers Balls" we've had for ages. I've also seen them as "Priest and Prostitute" and a few other things.

I was going to say sounds like a Vicars and Tarts party to me. The idea being the women dress as vicars and the men dress as tarts usually. Is that the case with this?
