clothes pins were my first nipple clamps. I luved them. I put them on from the side, leaving the tips exposed fro stimulation by rubbing my palms on them in a circular motion. my GF taught me to use plastic pants/skirt hangers. we link them, by the hook and pull away from each other, I just luv this
