i know there are several of us out there, myself included, with little ones who're small enough for car seats and highchairs so i wanted to post this abc link. gracco's recalled a few things and it's not those stupid toy ones that they issue every other day and we (or i at least ) ignore it's the important stuff like car seats that break and strollers that collapse and swings whose harnesses fail...so check em out

A friend told me that the yr on the bottom or side is the expire date. Says from being in the sun the seat is not as strong? Anyone know about this?

i have never heard this but i'd bet that with the strenght of plastic these days the kid would outgrow the seat before any structual damage could happen. don't take my word for it though...very interesting concern, i may hafta research this a bit.
