I'm lost in this transfusion
of words that have given me
hope and wisdom, from within I see
and try to keep myself as free
without a clutter of confusion

I try to make me realize
that one day I'll be sane
and with that, my moods will wax and wane
and soon I'll see all that I've gained
Prove it not a filthy lie!

And upon the lands I weep and walk
my eyes shed blood upon the leary
for I cannot see, I find me weary
And all these strangers look at me queerly
But I try and force myself to talk

To explain to some, oh, see it my way!
I cannot blame them for thinking me crazy
I shall not sit back and prove me lazy
For my mind is lost, has become quite hazy
And I'll be proved, found soon some day

For an angel has found me and taken me far
And within his wings I find my birth
to beg his mercy, show what I'm worth
and pray he find it all with mirth
And take my life, it's yours, by gar!

But until that day, we'll prove them wrong
I'll see myself as I do with you
and see me thinking how we are true
My soul be gladdened, I know no blue!
For with that vagabond I do belong.
