I googled it and read the first response, and from that little bit I would say it's complete and utter crap. This is the first paragraph:

The bolded section is why it is complete crap. Ejaculation and orgasm are NOT the same thing. They are two seperate physical actions that usually occur at the same time. Any company that sells sexual enhancment items and doesn't understand that basic physiology behind what it's selling can't be on the up and up. |
