i hadn't heard this but it's odd that you brought it up 'cause the other day i received and email from paypal regarding an account i do not even have, with a notification of unusual activity. when i hovered my cursor over the link it said payal/security but wheni clicked on it i was directed to fbi.gov istead. never did figure out what it was all about.

strange...

but funny...i also found out that if you type fbi dot org instead of dot gov you find a pretty amusing anti bush/cheney/et al web site. hehe
