Sometimes moderators take too much upon themselves and I believe in this case Lillith is wrong.

I'm sorry you take issue with a decision that has long been a policy that you have consistently had trouble following. You have posted other member's private information on several instances and I have to protect all members. We have a PM system for members to use for private messgaes. Bringing private issues to the public boards serves no purpose other than to expose private issues. If she does not reply to you in PM then it's coercion to try to force her to by bringing it public. Member's privacy is not up for debate. Grumble I hate to see you go but you are responsible for your choices just as I am mine.

(((Grumble))) ~ I know you're having a hard time. But if you look at Curvy's profile, she hasn't logged in since May...and although she may be looking at the board anonymously, it's hard to believe she would respond in so public a forum.

I know you're hurting, but I doubt this is the best way to approach the situation. Perhaps it's best to leave well enough alone. If you love someone, set them free....if they come back to you it was meant to be.

I find it difficult to uncover a fault in the consistent policy we all take security in. It would seem your gallant challenge would not only create issues contrary to the LONG HELD ideals of Pixies, but would more likely defeat your fraught target to draw a public response to a complex and personal matter. You can’t throw a “hail Mary” with a hand grenade and expect to make a goal.

I am sorry to hear that you want to leave also.... I must say tho, I am thankful for the moderators. Lilith has kept my feelings from being hurt by watching what people post. We come here for a good time, to escape reality, not to have hurt feelings, etc. So I know from personal experience that the moderators are for our benefit.

I come here for a good time, but it is very real. I've had the discussion a few times where I've mentioned that Pixies is more genuine and real than a lot of aspects of the "real world" because of the safety of privacy. My best friend knows about a lot of things I've experienced in my past, and knows quite a bit about me personally. Most people at Pixies know more than he does. Although it's true that he hasn't seen my penis...I'm not even discussing that portion of what I've revealed. I feel very liberated to disclose what I do, to whom I do, and it's because of the comfort level I have in the security that's maintained here by the people in charge. They're not passing judgement on the quality of posts (thankfully...or I'd be back down to 1,000!), nor are they randomly smiting individuals that rub them the wrong way. They're just following the rules.

I too am saddened to hear that someone is unhappy. For any reason. And being a "healer", I want to fix everything. Some things I can't. I'm just a dumbass, but I have a big heart and good ears. (Or is it a good heart and big ears? I forget) Oh yeah, I try to use humor to help things too. Sorry if it just adds to the aggravation.

Anyway, That's what I think, for what it's worth.

Grumble sweetheart... I'm so sorry for all the bullshit and uncertainty in your life right now. I can only imagine how you must be feeling. I know that when I'm hurting badly, I strike out at anything and everything, meaning no harm, just trying somehow to feel better and make the pain lessen.

Please don't blame Lilith/Pixies for what's happening. I know they meant no harm to you, but are trying to uphold the rules and protect each of us and our privacy. Your lady has not been out of touch because Lilith pulled the thread, I feel that deep in my heart.

Grumble, if you take time to really think about it I believe you will see that a member's right to their privacy here is one of the most important things to uphold at this site.
