Have you tried Adult Friend Finder? It is like a personals site and they do have catagories for swingers among other things, Im sure you could find people in your area that way. Good luck.

www.swinglifestyle.com is what we used and really liked it. It lets you have a very detailed profile, where you can add as many pictures as you want and decide which ones you want to be private. They also have their own chat room, mail, and forum.
The site will list people closest to you and in the forum there is a section that list the clubs in your area.
It is free or you can pay a small fee for a few more perks.
