Black Soya Bean stew with Chicken/Pork rip

You usualy saw this dish in Chinese Dim Sum

- 1 lbs of chicken breasts or chicken legs or (Pork rip) if you don't like Chicken you can use Pork rip just like in the Chinese restaurant.

-3 table spoons of salty black Soya bean(usually in a jar in Chinese market)

- 4 pieces of fresh garlic (chop it into a thin slice NOT into million pieces)

- 2 to 3 sheets of fresh Soya Bean Curl (in Chinese market big big sheet usually put in the frozen section) if big sheet use 1 sheet is enough. Soak the Soya Bean curl into the water for a few second until the bean curl soft down. Then curl them up into many little pieces enough to put into the mouth.

- 6 pieces of fresh chop gingers

-2 table spoon of sugar

-1 tea spoon of soya sauce

- half tea spoon of Chinese 5 star mixed powder.

- 2 table spoon of corn starch

- 1 table spoon of Olivia Oil

- 1 table spoon of Sesame Oil

- 1 tea spoon of Chinese cooking red wine.

- 3 fresh chili

- black pepper

- NO need to use salt because the black soya bean is pretty salty, if you want to add salt then is up to your taste. You should taste it first.

how to cook it

wash your chicken or pork rip then put cut them out into many little pieces. Put them into a bow that can steam. Then add your black soya bean into there, add your soya bean curl into there, add the chop gingers, add fresh garlic, add sugar, add soya sauce, add 5 star mixed powder, add corn starch, add Olivia oil, add sesame oil, add red wine, add black peeper and add chili.

Now marinade all the ingredients mixed them up until you think it is completely even and the flavor is pretty much into the meat. Then you can let it sit in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before you cook. Because you want to have the flavor going to the meat.

Now set up the steam pot, put that bow into the pot and steam it up. The chicken/Pork meat should be cooked by 30 m

Enjoy it with steam rice and very light liquid soap.
