SUPERPIPE was just over our house....and you'll never guess what we just did!!!!!!

Hubby, SUPERPIPE and I have been talking about going to FantasyFest in Key West, Fla. ever since hubby and I moved back to Pa. from Key Largo in the 90's!

Suddenly.....today....for some spontaneous reason.....we all decided to check out deals to Key West on expedia.com and there was a package deal we just couldn't refuse!

FantasyFest 2004 is on October 22, 2004......so we [3] booked a flight and hotel for October 21, 2004 to October 28, 2004........and we're going to share a room (2 double beds) and participate in the fest/ivities that hubby and I never afforded ourselves when we lived in the Keys....(due to finding and maintaining work and housing)....and.....well, we just never did the tourist thing till our last days before we moved back north....and we missed FantasyFest completely!

OMG!!!!!

Shhhhhhh....don't tell him (and hopefully he won't read this).....but we got SP a dig for x-mas! He only has a web cam....and he's alway bitchin about the pic quality!

So.....YES! We'll have two cams........for all my body paint I'm gonna get all over me!

TY hun! I'm sure we will.....but it's so far away I can barely believe it yet!

BTW.....gotta mention this......we shopped for deals before and all air and hotel combo packs were always around $1,500-$2,000 per person....(I guess cause we only ever thought to shop for the deals in September and on.......

We got this deal for $525.00 per person....which includes air and hotel and breakfast (poolside) and consierge and tips and so on and so on....and fees and taxes.....and a waiver to cancel with no penalties (in case we find a hurricane moving towards the area two days before our trip......yikes!)

TY Lil...I know we will! I've heard and read so much about this event.....it's right up our alley! And on the days when we don't do the Fest thing....we're thinking of checking into the Scrub Club........(another attraction we never saw due to leaving so suddenly) and of driving back up to Key Largo and seeing some old friends and then down again....to Plantation Key and on to Marathon Key...and so on and so on......to show SUPERPIPE all the places we wrote and called to him about while we were there!

And....if we ain't too stinkin drunk one day....we'll drive to the mainland and into Miami to re-visit South Beach!

OMG! I've gotta shut up about this cause it's so far away and I can't even believe it! OMG! I've got goose bumps now!

*OH shit! Where's my goose bump smilie.....lol!*
