Sunday: Occasional snow. The best chance for snow is before noon. Chance for precipitation is 80%. Blowing snow possible. Cloudy, with a temperature falling to around 22 by 5pm. Blustery, with a north northwest wind around 25 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph. New snow accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible.

Sunday Night: Snow possible. Chance for precipitation is 50%. Blowing snow possible. Cloudy, with a low near 13. Wind chill values as low as -7. Blustery, with a northwest wind between 24 and 26 mph, with gusts as high as 37 mph.

Monday: Snow possible until noon. Chance for precipitation is 30%. Blowing snow possible until noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 22. Blustery, with a west wind between 17 and 26 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph.

4-9 inches of snow in Central Iowa depending upon the track of the storm... and then wind!!!! Near blizzard conditions with the blowing snow on Monday!!!

What a bummer!!!! The weather guys were wrong again!!! I got up this morning.. with great anticipation mind you.. looked out the window, and saw brown grass!!!!

(The only thing that they did get right was the temps... it is currently 23 degrees out now.)

So, I guess Cobalt is off the hook (for now hehehehe) in testing the cold... colder.. man they have crept up and are hiding.. then slowly warming up.. ahhhhhhhh yesssssssssss...........hmmmmmmmmmmm.... Theory..
