^@^Fave Psycho^@^
In honor of Halloween and the release of the remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre I thought I check and see who your favorite psycho killer is. Not that we condone what they did, but the one that most intriqued you. Are there any you have studied or read a lot about?
I found this and it's what spurred my question
Ed Gein
This is supposed to be a good book about him if you are looking for a spooky read this season Deviant: The Shocking True Story of the Original 'Psycho'

The real serial killers don't do it for me. I always had a crush on Anthony Perkins, though.

The Boston Strangler
In this day of DNA...a show called "Unsolved Mysteries" has recently help discover that due to DNA evidence....the Boston Strangler was actually several different murderers doing "copy cat" crimes. It was a pretty interesting revelation.

YAAOOWWWW!!!! Manson and his freaky family hit a little to close to home.Tate & La Bianca murders were only about 15 miles away I used to see his followers down at the LA court house in the early 70's.As for the movies,my favourite has still got to be Norman Bates from the Original Psycho.Never bthered to see DePalma's remake.Interesting twist to the telling of Jack the Ripper in recent movie with Johnny Depp called In Hell.
