Texas Sodomy Law declared Unconstitional
Which pretty well means that it will suffer the same fate in all other states as a violation of privacy....

The NY Times had a big story on it today and gay activists were quoted as saying it was a major move . . . my province has just legalized gay marriage. I wonder when Texas will look into that? |
