				 Quick Advice needed.
It's that time of the month again, and apperently it's pretty bad for her. Anyone have any good ideas of things I can do for her when she gets home from work? It's about 4 hours from now..
It also has to be something she can do on her own because I have some important work I must do tonight.
Help?

	| Ive always found that staying away, perhaps locking myself in the closet so she has no reason to find something wrong with anything I am doing is a good idea....

	| Fix a great salad. All the trimmings. Set the table for her and make it as "user friendly" as you can. Make brownies for dessert. She won't be able to yell at you for trying to fatten her up because you made her something healthy. She won't be able to yell at you for insinuating that she needs to lose weight because you made brownies.

	| Thanks for the great ideas. Salad and brownies is an awesome idea.. and covers me on both ends of possible anger. I'll have to keep that one in mind for later tonight.
I am looking for female advice on what stops cramps and whatnot. I could tell she was in some serious pain when she went to work. I don't really wory about her being bitchy and whatnot, I can live with that if it happens.

She has some Midol (SP?) or something to help, but it isn't working this time. I have a small stash of Kava Kava as well, but I am not sure if that will help either...

I am thinking of fixing her a bath... but that seems so generic. What are some things female pixies do to help ease the pain?

	| heating pad & sex........
I could "guarantee" to be "cramp free" after having sex and an orgasm during my time. (Sounds like a commercial doesn't it - hehehe) Was something about the endorphins released during sex and having an orgasm that would counteract the chemicals causing the cramping...... (I asked my doc - and that is what she said) All I know was that it worked.

The combo of salad and chocolate, hot bath - basically pampering is a great set up for the evening of slow gently lovin".

	| Also moving stomach mussles releases the cramps, and hot lovin' generally uses them, unless you ten dto do most of the "work" |

	| Celticangel has told me several times that some good lovin' has eased her cramps to almost nothing....... the salad/brownies thing sounds like it would work too!! And there's nothing wrong with a hot bath either...... hopefully "herself" will appreciate the thought, and it DOES help a lot of ladies with the cramps!
Good luck (to your S/O too! )

	| I think a lovely gift of a water proof vibe and nice relaxing scented bath oil, with a promise to do it for her if the cramps persist. Kudos on the salad and brownies. My cure is Ben & Jerry's Phish food yogurt. It's the only time I eat it and I never have to ask...it just magically appears. |

Isn't that New Brunswick?

It's probably too late for me to post but I'd fluff up the pillows and leave some magazines on the bed. I just like lying in crampy misery and reading stupid mags until sleep comes. |

Yes it is dear.
I didn’t realize it was on the north side of the river. I actually never got further north than just above Bangor when I visited the factory that made my canoe.
