after 3 wks and no period and 2 home tests(EPT brand) that both showed clear positives, it's a REAL good possibility. Got a doc appt on Thurs and I'm already taking vitamins. Hopefully, nothing goes wrong.

Boy it must be in the air. I just found out yesterday that I too am pregnant. And my daughter is only 9 months old! I'm going to have my hands full. I hope it turns out the way you are hoping.
