It really isn’t the “words” that give you the uncomfortable feeling. Seems to have more go do with the way they’re said and knowing the person. I can’t really quantify it, but I am familiar with it. For a lady that I never met, to walk past and say “Hah you pussy sucking, ass licking freak.” would not leave me with the same sense of endearment or compliment as coming from somebody I felt close to.
