yes i often don't wear in in the summer coz too hot, and i do wear a skirt, but i do wish my skirt won't fly too high.

I went out pantyless most of the time, even go to work, I wear only pantyhose eventhough my skirt is short. And yes, for night-out, a short tight dress without undies is a MUST....ieieie......
