Good, cos I've consistently liked you, Sexy Lilith!!!
Ehlana, welcome to pixies.
Shaving is uncomfortable at first, but you do get used to it.
What's bugging you most at the moment? Red bumps? Itchiness? Cuts? Ingrown hairs?
Red bumps will go away once you get used to it, but some aloe-vera cream might help.
If it's itchy, once again that's because the skin's not used to it, if you keep doing it it'll get easier and easier.
If you're cutting or nicking yourself, then make sure you always use a new or nearly new blade. Blunt blades are guaranteed to take layers of skin off. Also, avoid shaving every day at first. Take it slowly, let your skin get used to it. Once every 3 - 4 days for a few weeks, then every 2 - 3 days for a few weeks, then you can probably shave every day. But it's a pretty big shock to the skin, supposedly, to shave every day straight up.
If you're getting ingrown hairs, best suggestion I have is to use an exfoliant on it - just a normal facial exfliant. it'll take away a tiny layer of skin that's forming over the hair, reducing the pain and irritation.
Hope this helps! Let us know if it does or doesn't!
It's definitely worth it in the long run, in my opinion! And please, don't hesitate to post before and after pics! lol
