2222,
Are you trying to build up your pecs, or merely tone them, or lose weight around there (the man-boobs)?
If you want to build them up, then weights/pushups etc are a good option. Go to your local gym and use the pec-deck and the free weights. Start off gently - there's no overnight recipe so why look for one? Gradually, of a period of weeks build up the repetitions you do on each weight/machine, and the level of resistence (number of weights) at a time.

If you just want to tone them, pushups are a good idea. Keep your back straight, and your hands at shoulder width. Gently lower your chest nearly to the ground, then slowly raise it back up. You might only be able to do one or two at first. Gradually increase the number you do each workout.

If you want to lose weight around that area, it gets a bit harder. You cannot lose weight in specific spots - eg hips, chest, stomach. What you CAN do is lose weight all over - and that starts at a healthy diet, and exercise. You're better off asking a personal trainer, naturopath or nutionist for specific advice according to your particular lifestyle.

Hope this helps,
CasperTG
