Talking Taking the best pics?

When my guy and i are pic taking it's usually him who is snapping away. Short of having another person in the room to do the deed (which wouldn't work for me) how do you take decent pics? Is there any equipment that anyone knows off that can make taking pics so much easier?

A camera with a timer and a tripod are essential if you don't have an extra person handy. The thing that sucks beyond that is having to stop and set the camera for the next pic... you can't just go on, business as usual, having a sexy time. But the end result is worth it!

I've got a Nikon with a data back that can be set to take pics at certain intervals, it's a 35mm. 35's also have the option of cable releases, it's simply a cable with a remote shutter release. I'm not sure that you'll find that on a digital however. There's also a kits available for mine that offers an electronic remote. I know you don't want a 3rd party but I wouldn't peek much. LOL

I know there are some digitals that have a remote. Set the camera on a tripod, point it at yourselves and snap away. Of course you don't know exactly what you've gotten untill you're done.
