I picked up a couple of steaks for the grill, gonna make a Mac salad and bake a few potatoes.

Italian meatloaf loaded with zucchini, onions, green peppers and Parmesan cheese. With wilted spinach that has red onions, crumbled bacon and a sprinkling of blue cheese. Yummy!!!
