I found this recipe on Pinterest called Man Pleasing Chicken. It's in the oven now and smelling yummy! It calls for Dijon mustard, maple syrup, and rice vinegar. Fresh rosemary will be added in the last five minutes. Roasted red potatoes shall be the side.

Last night we had scrambled eggs, ham and fried potatoes. Actually tasted really good. Nice change of pace.

^^^^ Sounds good. We had a baked potato smothered in chilli. Tasted very good. (Neither of us was terribly hungry, so it really was "right-sized" for us. )

We pigged out tonight.
