A small pic, but it shows the Seattle skyline with Mt. Rainier in the distance...

Local Park Parking
And ... where you have a park ... you must have parking
Love the sign they have on a pavillon there: Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints.

Beautfiul Local Waterfall
This is a water-fall that is about an hour and a half's drive from my house, but it is totally worth the drive.

Clint, great pictures of skyline and waterfalls. Thanks. Following is a picture I took of Peoria, closest mid-sized city to where we live.
Peoria's maybe 115-120K and with suburbs, around 350K population.

Here's one from the little town where I grew up
It's the entire downtown shopping area on view here.

Great pictures. The seashore reminds me of the Illinois River (ROTFLMAO).
Speaking of rivers, no picture of Peoria would be complete without one showing the gambling boat PAR-A-DICE.

Cataract Gorge
Launceston Tasmania. I live in Launceston, Australia's 3rd oldest city, circa 1806. This gorge is only five minutes from the City centre. A natural amphitheatre. You can see a suspension bridge over the South Esk river. The huge floods of 1929 washed the previous structure away. The basin is very deep and cold. water temp can be as low as 8 degrees C
It is a very popular swimming area in the summer and the grounds have many old trees from many countires. There is a huge american redwood growing there.
