For myself, not real loud. There are soft moans or groans when things feel special. I like my wife to know I appreciate what she's doing. On a few occasions I may suggest things, but probably not all that often.
Ohhh I LOVE LOVE LOVE to hear him moan. The only thing better is hearing him talk dirty to me. The next best thing is when he cums. Nothing better. :-)
