Mayhem again will let me have puter access while I am over at his place, so I'll be checking often on how great your travels were, Mr. and Mrs. OldFart! Safe journies!

Mr. Lixy would probably not want to share a room with anyone. Not because he's anti-social...just that he needs "personal time in the library" more often than most peeps would. I know you'll all understand.
Still have this trip in our sites if all stays as it is now.

I was hoping to take over a coffee shop or patisserie for the day.
The Popular Front for the Continued Liberation of Pixies (PFCLP) may be the appropriate instrument for this.

Definition:
1. bake shop: a bakery that specializes in pastries and cakes
2. cakes: sweet pastries or cakes collectively
[Late 16th century. < French pâtisserie, modern form of Old French pastiserie < pasticier "make pastry" < late Latin pasta (see paste1)]

My question, (knowing the sly mind of the author ) there’s more to that than I’m catching. I didn’t know Pixies needed liberation.
lol

The focus word was "Continued".
With the world trying to to turn us into bland conformists, Pixies is our insturment
of survival as offbeat individuals.
But libation works for me.

Mrs. DB and myself are trying to work things out now for a quick trip east. We've never seen Niagara Falls and we'd love to meet several Pixies.
I was ready to go start the car, but she said I was a wee bit early.

It looks like it's going to be a Canadian side meeting.
Plans still under formation.
