I didn't figure it out until I saw your pics. I kept turning the mountain into a volcano, because the two times it started raining, it never did anything else!

I found a message board talking about it, and one guy was bitching that he was getting stuck at 13900ish, and couldn't figure out where he went wrong. He posted the orders he was going in, and I worked around, and found it.  |
