I love using pm to get to know someone who catches my intention... either by picture... or by what they have written... i like getting to know interesting and passionate people better.... we can never have too many friends.... friends are fun...

I usually PM if I'm impressed with a comment or pic. I'll even on occasion offer something more personal if I think I can identify with an advice thing. SOmetimes I'll even say Hi or Good Morning ... I love the people here.. it's great to get acquainted "off the board".

I'll PM for a number of different reasons. If I was particularly drawn to someone I usually PM them, if I have a question, want to console them etc. I save a lot of my PMs too.

i ususally pm someone to ask a question or pm someone to respond to their pm. besides the whole book club thing, where i actually had to delete some to make room for new ones, i don't get very many. prolly cause i don't have a dungeon and my av's aren't all that great.

I don't PM nearly as much as I used to...the change in jobs and other life happenings has really, really cut down on the amount of Pixies time I'm able to handle. But, I usually try to PM in response to someone who PMs me, if I can at that time, and, if I see someone online I haven't connected with in a while, I'll shoot him/her a quick note. (Hey, Cheyanne, good to see you!)
