Thanks for your concern, Irish. I do appreciate it....
For a long time, I guess due to my going thru menopause, I really didn't miss it. I think my not pursuing the issue let the problem get further entrenched. But since my long-lost sex drive made a re-appearance I've really noticed how little attention I've been getting. And it has really hurt.
After serious thought, and a few outright rejections, I called our Dr. prior to his appt. for a complete physical. Asked her to check on his total lack of libido. She did and it seems he is in a depression (I suspected this). She gave him Rx for anti-depressant and for Viagra. I'm not pressuring him, but am seeing improvement. At least I know now that it's NOT that he is turned off by me. We have talked and he believes that some of this is related to his time in 'Nam. Worked directly in front of radar screens. Seems that this type of exposure can eventually cause a loss of libido and an inability to perform. Gee, thanks Uncle Sam!

Oh gosh I can see it now...he's going to wake up one morning and not only be horny, but be happy he's horney! No really they have some amazing stuff. My dad jokes about his sex drugs all the time...but lets just say sometimes I worry I may end up with a little brother or sister running around! (my dad's going on 80) so you just never know what could happen. I allways thought men got more perverted with age and that women didn't want sex, but after hearing all sorts of different stories here, I am realising..well that all I've heard is a load of crap! Good luck Sugar and tell us as soon as he even looks cross eyed at you...sure sign he's ready!

My daughters(in their 30s)weren't born by immaculate conception;
according to my best reccolections(sp)! Irish
P.S.I remember years ago when my youngest daughter found my
"stroke books"under the bed.I didn't even know that she had found them;until my wife told me that she was using them every-
time that we went out!

well sugarsprinkles a friend of mine had a similar problem and the solution for her was that she saw a movie with him where a man ate a woman out and licked his mouth afterwards and he tried to decide it .
i hope that helps try it and tell me what happens
