OK...If you had two penises and one was erect for so long it became a nuisance/spectacle and served no function in it's unhealthy state but to cause pain/irritation/worry for you and a possible/probable infection that could spread and/or worsen the circumstance...is it so wrong to remove the threat?

If so...a mastectomy might be just as barbaric/unconscionable!
