My Mom told me about 'ICE' and I followed her advice and put several numbers in my phone.

I do safety talks for industry workers and I always find a place to insert a bit about ICE. Whenever I teach First Aid/CPR it is emphasized.

I just added an ice number. Thanks for the heads up!
