Hope I'm not too late to add my hugs & good vibes your way...& I agree with the idea that you may need a little space right now, being caught in the middle of raising kids & dealing with the aging parent or two can tear one's soul apart (been there, done that)...
Plus the image of you running 'round the house nekkid works especially well for me...
