I've found the family likes it best when I use the KISS system (Keep It Simple, Stupid)...when I try to get fancy with the extra flavors, someone always yelps (humans are so change averse)...therefore...

Eggs, milk, whisk briskly, saute in iron skillet with butter (or butter-flavored PAM spray), when ambition strikes sprinkle cinnamon sugar on the raw side before turning, serve hot w/syrup...& like pancakes & waffles, be sure to pile up the extra supply before calling anyone to the table, because the 1st serving will disappear in the time it takes to turn back to the stove...

I've found for about $1.19 you can get a twelve pack at the gocery store and they warm up in a jiffy in the toaster.

Very simple, less mess, and affordable.

But for those I love I make the fancy schmancy ones. Just me, if they don't like them they know where the cereal is.
