Silk pajamas from my wife...two pairs!

Mrs. WI got me some bright yellow flannel pajama pants with smilie faces all over them that made me laugh out loud.

And I got a packaging tin that used to contain the kind of tobacco my grandfather used to pack his pipe with. It was very thoughtful and touched me to the point of sniffling.

A set of nice towels ... I know it sounds very practical, but I had just thought about a week or so before Christmas that I really needed to buy a new set of towels for my bathroom, because all of my towels are a bit disreputable looking these days and wanted a new set to put out as "for show" - didn't ask for them - which is what makes it nice!

Hmmmmm . . . I think it was getting a computer from friends in three states (with the potential use of a nearby Pixies' pick-up abilities ).

I thought they were sending fruitcake or something but nope, it was two GIGANTIC boxes unloaded from a DOLLY that my boyfriend got to lug up three flights of stairs (thank God I was at work & missed that fun!)

Un-freaking-believable.

But no ditch weed. *shrug*

Maybe next year?

(note to self) send Steph Fruitcake next year, with ditch weed inside.
