It's been a darn busy and frustrating week so far, and I stopped at the store yesterday to buy exactly TWO things... a baby card and a box of baking soda (was going to give the sprinkle baking soda, let sit and vac option a try first as it was the cheapest), and of course I came home with only a baby card! Out of frustration I took the box that's been collecting refrigerator odors out of the refrigerator and let it sit extra long (seemed logical) ... 24 hours to be nearly exact. I vac'd it up tonight and I think so far, it seems to have done the trick! YAH for me... so that's my recommendation if anyone should have this problem in the future... baking soda.
