Actually I gave up running in the winter because I would just get into a good pace and then along comes a Polar Bear and tries to race me. Every time. I'm not sure if you have ever raced a polar bear, but they are very competitive. They took all the fun out of jogging.

I’m not sure this is going to work for you Sharni. It’s starting to sound like your gym isn’t even going to have the BIG swimming pool with the ice burgs and polar bears. I just don’t know how you expect to get a good workout without incentive.

good on ya! i started the gym again this week , it was nice to go back and feel the muscles work again!!! i got exicted when i steped on the scales and found id lost 10 pounds in the little over month that id been off the pill!!!!!!!!!!! so i decided to take it a step farther! hope u have as much fun as i do !!

If by chance you aren’t pleased with your first day at your gym Sharni, I’ll give you the name of the one that has a 100% Guaranteed Insensitive Program that worked and got me trimmed down.

I went with skepticism to my first session. As soon as I got there I was direct to the door to the indoor track. Inside was a 200m, oval track and one other unmarked door.
