the little speal of pf's reminded me of a british TV series called Yes Minister
Sir Humphrey Appleby, the permanent Civil Servant Secretary of the Department for Government Minister, Jim Hacker, often would quote impressive but meaningless verbiage similar to PF's

It is re-running in the UK at the moment - and I really do think that it deserves the tag "classic".
I am sure it is available on BBC Video.
