The "new Party"rule phamphlets(sp?)have not been printed up,
but one of the rules,is a MANDATORY optomistic attitude.If anothers party,has a 6% unemployment rate,members must say
that 94% are working!This will work,the same as,the principle of
wether the glass,is 1/2 full,or 1/2 empty.This will do away with
alot of "Petty" arguements! Irish
