I've actually driven by "Lick a Chick" - it's in Nova Scotia!

As well, there's a big sign in downtown Toronto that reads "fcuk" which stands for French Connection U.K.!

Sorry, don't have a pic of it, but my favorite road sign (usually found on a warning signal in the vicinity of a fire station) reads:
